The system is then built in stages, so you can see it working early and correct course. Typical features include role-based access so each person sees only what they need, reports, Excel export, printable documents such as invoices and prescriptions, and scheduled backup and restore to protect your data.
We build these systems as web applications, desktop applications, or both, using tools such as Next.js, Flutter and PHP Laravel with PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQLite, depending on the job. Our Dental Clinic Management System is an example: a Windows application that brings appointments, patient records, treatments, billing and inventory together in one place. When the system goes live, we provide documentation and training so your team is comfortable using it.
